25 pair solid PE insulation LAP sheathed air core outdoor rallonge CAT3 telephone cable
Application:
Air core duct cable are used for primary underground distribution networks.
Cable construction:
- Solid annealed copper conductor
- Solid PE or foam skin insulation
- Core wrapping tape
- Aluminium moisture barrier
- Extruded black PE sheath
- Sheath marking by ink jet
Conductor
- Material: 99.99% oxygen-free soft round copper wire, comply with the national standard GB3953-1983
- Conductor nominal diameter: 0.5 ± 0.005 mm
- Conductor Elongation rate: ≥ 15%
Insulation
- Material: High density polyethylene(HDPE), with density 0.941g/cm3 ,meet the national standard YD / T 760-1995
- Insulation integrity: DC spark test 1.5-6KV, every 12Km insulation does not exceed a pinhole or similar defects.
- Insulation Diameter: 0.9± 0.02 mm
- Insulated main colors: white red black yellow purple
- Insulated auxiliary colors: blue orange green brown gray
Insulation requirements: color does not fade, does not migrate, mechanical and physical properties meet the standard and requirements of GB/T13849.1-93
